The Ingham County Drain Commissioner is rebuilding a 100-year-old urban storm drain. Using creative storm drain infrastructure, 96% of the 50,000-75,000 pounds of pollution per year that currently goes to the Red Cedar River in Lansing, Michigan will be eliminated.
